Reborn release date and mechanics appear online


The announced future Ogre Tactic: Reborn has once again leaked, with the release date, screenshots, and descriptions all accidentally released.

Square Enix has yet to announce the game, but a new leak of the turn-based strategy game says the title will be coming to PS4 and PS5 on November 11 (via Gematsu).

PlayStation Store tracking website PS offers housed the information, along with some additional details and images of the game itself – after the game was leaked to the PlayStation Store last month.

The listing says users will be entitled to both PS4 and PS5 versions with a single purchase, with the game set to “improve graphics and sound, as well as updated game design” from the 2010 PSP game. Ogre Tactics: Let’s Hang Togetherwhich is itself a remake of a 1995 title.

The AI ​​of Ogre Tactic: Reborn has apparently been improved, alongside the management system going unit by unit instead of being class-wide (allowing for better leveling and further customization). Auto-save, faster combat pacing, UI and control overhauls, and high-definition background recreations are also part of the new game.

Cutscenes are also now fully performed in Japanese and English, with music also being re-recorded as live performances.

Players will also unlock the “World Tarot”, which will allow them to time travel through history with your forces intact, allowing them to make different choices for the overall story. The “Char Tarot” does the same thing but during the battles themselves, with a number of reversible hits, to prevent players from backing into a corner.

While this leak seems legit, Square Enix still hasn’t announced Ogre Tactic: Rebornlet alone provided details and a release date.
