Electrification’s emerging presence at the Los Angeles Auto Show also comes as California regulators approved new guidelines in August requiring all new vehicles sold in the state to be zero-emissions by 2035. This remarkable new regulation further underscores California’s longstanding role as a precedent. in the country’s efforts to shift to reducing emissions.
