Colin Paul Wyldbore (English Colin), longtime resident of Santa Cruz, Calif., 68, died at Natividad Hospital on September 23, 2021. Colin passed away peacefully and painlessly, after being hospitalized for nearly 2 months, due to chronic liver failure. complications. While in hospital, he was visited daily by his daughter, Kylie Amber Wyldbore. Kylie and her mother, Denise, were both present to provide comfort during the last hours of Colins’ life on this Earth.
Colin was born on November 23, 1952 to his parents Ron and Edith “Marge” Wyldbore, in their home in Uxbridge, England. Colin is survived by his only child, Kylie Amber. Also, the family in Great Britain, are his two sisters; Julie and Valérie, as well as their two families.
Colin loved cars, motorcycles and music from a young age. A business school graduate, he became a mechanic and eventually started his own mobile auto mechanic business, C&D Autos. When not working on cars, Colin enjoyed traveling and meeting new friends to share a few drinks with. Other hobbies: drag racing cars, listening to “extremely loud” music, watching classic movies and TV shows, loving animals, cooking / eating good food, and sharing laughs with those around you. he loved. Those close to Colin will remember – With his love came a nickname.
There will be a celebration of Colins’ life on November 20, 2021. In memory and to celebrate his (would have been) 69th birthday, we will be meeting at Greater Purpose Brewing Company, between 3pm and 5pm. 21517 E Cliff Dr. We invite everyone who knew Colin and would like to raise a glass in his memory to join us.
