24-year-old resident of Salem township killed in single-vehicle crash in Lyon township


A 24-year-old resident of Salem Township was killed on Sunday after dropping management of his automobile on 9 Mile Highway close to Currie Highway.

The accident occurred at 5:43 p.m. within the Canton of Lyon when he misplaced management of his 2005 Subaru Impreza heading east on 9 Mile. He rolled off the roadway, hit a mailbox and 4 bushes, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Workplace stated in a press launch Sunday evening. The Crash Reconstruction Unit assisted the deputies of the canton of Lyon.

The firefighters of the canton of Lyon took the motive force out of the automobile. He was taken to Ascension Windfall Park Hospital in Novi, the place he died of his accidents, the sheriff’s workplace stated.
